Default Programmer Does Not Find Escrow Payment

I posted the amt of the bid in escrow. However, I keep getting PMB from the programmer stating that he does not see the money in the account.


What can I do? Why is he unable to see the escrow payment in his account.


Why is there not place on the site to contact Scriptlance of this problem. Why do I have to just wait on an answer from the forum? This is about money, not jive. I am somewhat upset about this situation. Why is this so problematic??????

There is a contact button on the main nav of the SL site. Perhaps you missed it.

Estelle,

I am not much fimilar with the buyer interface, however, are you sure you put the money in escrow? Funding your buyer account and putting money in escrow are two different processes.

As for the site usability, it does take some time to adjust and understand all the options. I guess that is true for most new websites that one visits.

You probably just deposited the funds to your account balance. Like Inet said, Funding your account and Escrow are 2 different things. Look in your account panel to the right, if you made escrow to your programmer, you should be able to see it.

Yes, i have also heard such complaints from buyers, deposit to account and escrow both are different.

Yes, this is a common mistake done by new buyers. I faced similar problems several times. They add balance to their account and though programmer paid. Regards
