Project Case Deadline Increased

We have increased the time users have to cancel projects. Previously, the deadline was 30 days after the project closing date, regardless of other variables. Now the following policy applies:

• For bids with a delivery time of 0-7 days: The project must be canceled within 30 days after the delivery date (closing date + delivery days + 30).
• For bids with a delivery time of 7-30 days: The project must be canceled within 45 days.
• For bids within a delivery time of more than 30 days: The project must be canceled within 60 days.

We believe this new grace period is very fair. Cancellations and disputes that fail to meet these extended deadlines will not be considered by staff. Please be sure to report to support any problems you encounter on your project within these time periods, and we will be able to help you better resolve any issues. Thank you.
