I have faced a big problem. I have requested a withdrawal at 24 July and 27 July i have got email from scriptlance. That given bellow
"ScriptLance Payoneer Withdrawal Completed (xxxxxxxxxxx_1280210xxx) Your Payoneer withdrawal of $xxx.xx has been processed. The funds should be loaded on your debit card now. Your withdrawal was processed in 2 work days (weekends excluded). As this fits under the estimated time for processing withdrawals, we hope you are satisfied with the speed at which staff completed it. Thank you for using ScriptLance." But problem is it is already 36 hours gone. I am not get any amount in my card balance. Even i am not get any email confirmation from payoneer also. I have contacted with payoneer they said they did not get any transaction against my account. Could u tell me please what is happening? |

I am sorry to hear about the delay. You may want to open a support ticket as none of the forum members here have access to scriptlance's or your payoneer account

Thnx inet for your response. I have already open a support ticket in Payoneer. Today i call they and describe the situation.They said they did no get any money against my account. That why i am very afraid.

You have to wait more, 36 hours isn't a good time of the processal times from SL, they have to manually process and verify the payment so please allow a max of 5 days to get paid and see the money at your payoneer account.

Did u see my massage.
I have just got an email from payoneer. Take a look what they said, "SUBJECT: CH 390480 Scriptlance - missing payout? Dear xxxxx, Our Payments Department has advised that we do not have a payment in our system for you from Scriptlance, please contact them as they have not processed this payment. Please feel free to contact us if you have any additional questions. Sincerely, Dominique Payoneer Customer Support" Rene Can u Resolve this issue? |

As I said, is common that the payments aren't reflected in your payoneer account the same day that SL sends the email saying that the payments is sent so don't worry just wait.
