Default Withdraw limit??

I have received a response from the support that:

The withdrawal limit is Dependant on several other issues like the users who have paid you, your account age, reviews , locations etc. And accordingly, your current cap is set to 2000$ in a single withdrawal. I hope this helps.

I could not find anything about withdrawal limit in the FAQs. Are you guys aware of this limit? Is this a fair restriction? If I am running a company and I have to pay salaries to my team then I will have to make more than 1 withdrawal request and each time pay $5 to SL. Additionally each withdraw will take at least 3 business days.

Never heard of withdrawal limits. Just talk to them and explain your situation and see if they can lift the cap. I have withdrawn over $5000 at a time without getting into any issues, but then again my account is 9 years old.

i doubt limit is set by your location, age or gender more likely your card or account have limits for max amount per day. I know payoneer have something about 1-2K per day.

I received a response from Adam that: Please go through our terms if you have'nt already done so and its clearly mentioned there that based on our verifications and risks involved, we may cap the deposit and withdrawal limit on user accounts.

So went through their terms in detail and sent this reply: Thanks for pointing this out. I could not find a clause about withdraw cap. Could you please point me to it. Following is the payment section which talks about some restrictions but nothing verification based limits:

PAYMENTS

ScriptLance will typically make payments/withdrawals if the member requests it AND their account balance is equal to or greater than $30. All amounts are stated in and all payments will be made in US funds. We verify all deposits and might ask you to verify yours; If you refuse to send verification information via E-mail, Fax or Phone, we reserve the right to refund the deposit and terminate your account. New members cannot withdraw funds within 90 days of their first project payment. ScriptLance reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal if the source of the funds is suspected to be fraudulent. Any funds received from an account having made a fraudulent deposit (e.g. stolen credit card) will be reversed immediately. If in a fraudulent payment situation a withdrawal has already been processed, you will be expected to return the funds to your ScriptLance account or face account termination. ScriptLance cannot be held liable for deposits reversed without its authorization due to reasons, including, but not limited to, fraud, chargebacks or complaints. R3N3 International Inc reserves the right to earn interest from its service provider banks or others arising from the processing of payments. R3N3 is prohibited by law from paying interest to members in respect of any balance held in member's account. ScriptLance may request proof of programming services performed at any time before authorizing a withdrawal of funds received for that project.

As previously stated, any member site that ScriptLance removes from the service due to violation of the Terms and Conditions will receive no credit or payment.

then the ticket was closed without any response. so i re-opened the ticket and got this reply: ScriptLance reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal if the source of the funds is suspected to be fraudulent."

The cap is put on your funds only because we exhaustively verify all payments made and accordingly as per the risk involved, the cap is applied.

I am perplexed how he linked fraud transactions with capped withdrawals.

I also asked him how to increase the limit but got no response.

I have received another convoluted response from Adam:

Quote:
'if a transaction seems illegal' That "seems" in your response above should explain to you our stand on this issue. The very reason the withdrawals are capped are because of this "seems" reason.
and I think he is referring to this message of mine:
Quote:
I really dont understand how you linked suspending a fraudulent transaction to capping totally legal transactions. see according to what you copied from terms scriptlance can totally suspend fraud transactions which means either 0 or 1 i.e. if a transaction seems illegal then you can suspend it. so how does you can say that this also gives you right to put caps?
Actually for my withdraw request of 2500 they have again transferred only 2000 and he is not telling me how to remove this cap. any admin or moderator can help me out here?
