If a client disappear after project completion SL keep escrow with it and release fund after many years. I strongly request SL to rethink about this policy.

This is different case by case, but never would you have to wait years. A few months max, in some cases.

Project Id: 1225565134 We even opened a dispute for it and were asked for the files, but we delivered to the client and the client did not bother to release the escrow Project Date: 11/19/2008 Amount held $1000 for almost 2 years, so where does the money go ? |

Disputes vary case by case. I was responding to pandeypriya2003 and referring to cases where the buyer disappeared completely.
