My bad, sorry. But it would be much clearer if you had added "after the delivery date" to the second and third line as well. Thank you.

and then

In other words, you will be unable to get a refund for the case or even cancel it. Thats the way I see it and may be wrong.
Write them an email and try your luck

Hey, sorry but I think you are too late to actually submit this project for cancellation, because you had to do it within 30 days of the delivery date, which was actually over 4 months ago.

Yes, we know it is actually late.. but you can also see this project can not be marked as "Completed" until buyer not responding nor paying for the work if some provider do that..

So simple in that case it should be allowed to cancel the project if buyer not responding nor paying for the work...

If you have already contacted them within the deadline period, then i would suggest you to try and contact them from https://www.scriptlance.com/contact_now.shtml
I'm not too sure they will cancel the project for you but you can try to seek help at the above-mentioned link. All the best.

I completely understand your situation. But SL has given a pre-defined time-period within which we should file for cancellation if there is any problem. If the time-period has expired, I do not think there is much anyone can do about it except if Rene or other support staff decides to help you out with this. Contact them at https://www.scriptlance.com/contact_now.shtml

Yes, I have heard of a lot of users complaining of generic replies from the support-desk. Well, what can I say... Just keep trying :|

Hello Rene,
You introduced a new feature in scriptlance ie., marking project as completed. You explained that will help programmers to get their hard earned money from escrow to their account if the buyer didn't respond even after the project is completed. But when I contacted scriptlance staff, they didn't release the money to my account. Instead for the past 3 months they are waiting for the buyer to respond.
Sir, can you give a solution to this and any other similar cases?

Thanks,
Rajesh.

That great that they extended the time for cancellations.

It would be nice if the staff would bring resolution to my dispute case that is over 30 days old. Last staff interaction was 15 days ago.

Waiting for programmer to finish refund.

Thanks

No one answering support tickets. Support Tickets misteriously close on their own. No one answer disputes that are over 15 days since last staff interaction. My dispute is over 30 days old.

Dont use this service.

I second that! Increasing limits is a joke, if you can't manage your current tickets. My cancellation case is about 45 days old. Why pretend there is support?
Users should posess incredible self control and have nothing to lose, if they want to use sl projects as a work opportunity. This establishment reminds me of USSR communists and their working plans for 5 years, which they tried to complete in 4 years to get awards. SL completed their plan in a year, while abandoning most useful areas - support and steady payments.

If sl have no time to resolve cases and process our money on time, I will avoid such service. Though i might refer some of my enemies

^^ I agree. The replies(when they do come after a long wait) are usually generic and it seems like a machine is answering us, not a real human!
