Hide Project

I've created a GreaseMonkey script to hide projects. I've always wanted this feature for those pesky way under-budget projects (and the like).

I have personally used this on Mozilla and i am able to hide the project title. I also want to hide project details. Can you suggest any possible change so that project details can not be accessed by any one present on google. I have a private project but I know three website, where description is completely replicated even if the project is private. Kindly reply at earliest. I need this to be done asap.
