this is really depressing for me. I first reopened the case and requested on 13th of august i.e 6 days before and didn't get any answer from scriptlance. Then again i wrote 3 days before to scriptlance i.e on 16th august and today its already 20th but still didn't get any response from you. I must say your customer care is really not doing well at all. Business will not go like this.
Please take my request seriously and cancel the check of $ 230(issued on 27th june 2010) which is not been delivered yet after more than 6 weeks. Please cancel the check and redeposit the money to my scriptlance account.
I was very ambitious with scriptlance since this happened to me.
It has been more than one week since scriptlance gave me the message that bank wire has been processed but no funds in my account. My bankers are asking for swift message code from R3N3 if they have really processed.
My Call ID is 152759 and shockingly it has been more than four days no reply from scriptlance. I am afraid that my hard earned money is going lost and scritplance is showing no responsibility.

I had opened this ticket for not delivering the check withdrwal even after 4 weeks. So the scriptlance staff told me that i have to cancel the check which will cost me $35 and rest amount will be credited back to my account. Now from last 2 days i have been requesting them to cancel the check and get back the remaining amount in my account but there is no any response from scriptlance staff.
I am really frustrated. This is my living and very very hard earned amount. It really difficult for me in such situation.
You solve most of the users problem immediately and i hope you do so with me too. Please take it seriously and help me out to come over this problem.

Buyer give me the project and he not put the money in escrow say me start the work,i m saying i will not work before the escrow, buyer will say i will give a bad feedback ,i m saying please cancel the project and find any how is work in your terms he goes and cancel the project and give me bad review.
My point is why any buyer give a bad feedback in any cancel project because project is cancellation in within 1 days.
If both parties are agree in project cancellation and if the buyer provided review at this case you removed the review.
It happen some time with me if i did not get any money from the buyer and project was cancelled you automatically removed the review. I did not get anything from buyer so how could be the review there.

My account was suspended 24 hours ago. I am very surprised and disappointed about this. I have never give any contact details. Instead of this I always warn the buyers and tell them about the rules when they want my contact details. I am a certified programmer and I know about the rules. I like SL and I advice buyers to open a project on SL. I dont know why my account suspended and I cant post a bid now. I opened a support ticket but didnt get any reply yet. Because of this I lost many bids. I am ready if the support team wants to check my all messages. All my messages are clear and not includes any treat of giving a contact detail.
I am writing here because I need your help. I am looking forward to get my account re-activated. Your helps really appricate me.
