Programmers completing 5 projects (or earning $1000+) a month can earn credits redeemable on their next project. This offer begins this month, August. Credits will be awarded on September 1st. Also, as of August, Buyers making deposits over $500 via select secure methods can earn Featured project credits.

Programmers can purchase credits in bulk to save money. For example, pay $35 to buy 10 small project credits ($50 value). Buyers can save too. Pay only $50 for 5 Featured project credits ($95 value!).

Previously, the deadline was 30 days after the project closing date, regardless of other variables. Now the following policy applies:

  • For bids with a delivery time of 0-7 days: The project must be canceled within 30 days after the delivery date (closing date + delivery days + 30).
  • For bids with a delivery time of 7-30 days: The project must be canceled within 45 days.
  • For bids within a delivery time of more than 30 days: The project must be canceled within 60 days.
We believe this new grace period is very fair. Cancellations and disputes that fail to meet these extended deadlines will not be considered by staff. Please be sure to report to support any problems you encounter on your project within these time periods, and we will be able to help you better resolve any issues.
