Where is Sanjay?

I am not such an active user lately, but i still have problems with SL.

Especially on my affiliate commissions. In my Affiliate earnings is states that the commission was released, but i don't have that in my account nor in my transactions history :)

I miss Sanjay cause he fixed things and didn't always answered like a robot.

I am registered for a few years now and i get an answer like

Well, OMG.
Is that hard to check a user in the back-end? How much time could that take? 2 minutes?

I guess ill have to reopen the ticket each time they close it.

time for resolving tickets

Hello,

Can any one let us know if SL have any SLA for resolving tickets on support system.

We have few support tickets on which SL support team not responding at all, though they charged us 25$ for sake of investigating issues mentioned in tickets but against all odds never received response from support team after that.

Hi Guys,

I am new to scriptlance and its been only 2 months that i joined scriptlance. But i am having a good time here. But on Tuesday i transfered money to my Indian bank account from the NEFT option that SL provides. For past 3 days it was showing that my NEFT withdrawl request is under process, but finally yeaterday i got the status that it is been processed. But i can see the amount into my ICICI bank account and also my bank have no information regarding any such transfer taking place to my account.

I am unable to concentrate on work due to this on SL. I want to know how much time it will take to be in my account. This is my first withdrawl from scriptlance and i am facing such issue.

I have went through the forum and seen there are a lot many members who had recieved in more than 25 days and even more. When will i get it can i know this. I am really worried now, i wanted the payment withdrawl urgent thats why i did using scriptlance NEFT, otherwise i would have usd paypal. What exactly is hapening. I only get a reply from Emily in my ticket on scriptlance, that request is processed and amount will be visible in your bank account shortly.

I am really not getting a good feeling. Someone, please help.

Hello All

I had requested for a NEFT withdrawal, It was processed in usual time (may be 4-5 days or so) But even after ScriptLance says, my withdrawal is processed and my money got debited from SL account, Its now 26days, Still I haven't got my money, So Where Is My Money ??? :confused:

I contacted SL Support, and got reply,

But, even after 8 days of above response, no reply from billing team.

I am really pissed off :mad:

3 rd party abbreviation for hearing the case

Hi,

i have open the ticket and more than 5 days gone no response.

if you run company and SL provide the very slow response so in that case company will close .

i think SL have not sufficient staff so i will suggest use the 3rd party abbreviation for hearing the case and both parties pay the fees same as Elance.com and other freelancer site.

what you think about 3rd party abbreviation other guys in SL?

Support - Abysmal or am I unlucky?

After 10 years of using SL as a webmaster I have finally had enough. I hired a guy to do some work - the work got done, cash got added to the account but didn't clear.

No worries I thought - I will shoot a ticket to support (ticket number 205618 if anyone is listening). I got a reply to apologise for it not clearing and the ticket was closed. The funds were not cleared, just an apology and the ticket closed. I reopened the ticket and asked them to clear the funds so I can pay the programmer. No response at all. I then asked them to refund the money (as yes, they have taken the cash, but I am not allowed to transfer it to the programmer as SL had not 'cleared' it) so I can pay him direct, but again, no response.

ScriptLance get your act together. You are now hindering the relationship between coders and programmers as I cannot make a payment. If there is an issue with my payment then talk to me and let me know - do not simply take my cash and ignore me.

An utter disgrace.

Do any of you have suggestion about my problem!!!!

I have been chosen for a specific project.
After the completion of some actions, the buyer is not satisfied with the work done.
We discussed more than once.
Buyer then decided to cancel the project.
I have agreed to the cancellation.
and cancel payments too.

After that I received this letter from "scriptlance.com":

Hello Rene,

I am working on this site since long and I just requested a withdrawl but still after 4 working days it is not processed.

I am still getting this mesaage on my Dashboard:

You have a pending NEFT withdrawal requested 4/1/2012 (4 business days ago)

Is there any specific reason for this? As far I know this is the first time it is taking so long for me. This is why just want to know about the reason for delay.
